Terms of Use

By accessing or using Lumeo's website, API, or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using Lumeo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

These terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement or order form. In the event of conflict, the order form or DPA governs for enterprise customers.

Lumeo produces AI-generated optimizations—llms.txt, structured data (JSON-LD), citation maps, and code recommendations. You remain the owner and decision-maker for all content deployed to your infrastructure.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any code or artifacts generated by Lumeo. We provide recommendations and tooling, not warranties. Lumeo does not guarantee that our outputs will achieve specific business outcomes, improve rankings, or satisfy any particular agent's behavior. We recommend human review before production deployment.

• You assume all risk for the accuracy and suitability of generated content.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a separate refund policy.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We may change fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Enterprise plans may have custom terms, payment schedules, and notice periods as specified in your order form.

• Free tier usage is subject to fair-use limits. We may restrict or terminate free accounts that abuse the service.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

API access is tiered by plan. Rate limits apply to prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all customers. Typical limits (subject to change with notice) are: Starter (1,000 requests per day), Pro (10,000 requests per day), Enterprise (custom limits).

Excessive usage may result in throttling or temporary suspension. We will notify you before taking action unless the activity poses a security risk. For higher limits, contact us about an Enterprise plan.

• You are responsible for securing your API keys and not sharing them publicly.
• We may revoke keys that are compromised or misused.

You may not use Lumeo to optimize, promote, or support websites or content that: (1) promote illegal activity, violence, or discrimination; (2) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (3) distribute malware or engage in phishing; (4) violate applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may also refuse service to sites we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our users, our infrastructure, or third parties.

• Scraping or automated access to our website or API beyond documented use is prohibited.
• You may not reverse engineer our systems or attempt to extract our models or proprietary logic.

Lumeo retains all rights to its platform, technology, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited license to use our services in accordance with these terms. Outputs generated for your account (audits, llms.txt, code) are yours to use, modify, and deploy.

You warrant that you have the right to submit any URLs or content to Lumeo for analysis. You grant us a limited license to process such content solely for providing our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases. Provisions that by their nature survive (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
