Terms of Use

By using Lumeo, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it and to connect the domains, sources, tools, and credentials you configure.

An order form, data-processing agreement, or enterprise agreement may add or replace terms for a specific deployment.

Lumeo provides software for ingesting authorized business sources and publishing controlled machine interfaces. Capabilities can include Markdown, REST, MCP, UCP discovery, scoped clients, approval workflows, metering, and response-integrity features.

External protocols and third-party services evolve independently. Compatibility with a particular agent, host, payment network, model, or protocol version is not guaranteed unless stated in an order form.

You are responsible for source accuracy, authority rules, tool schemas, executor behavior, access scopes, approval policy, pricing policy, legal notices, and the business consequences of actions you approve or automate.

Review canonical output and test tools in a non-production environment before allowing consequential execution.

• —Protect account, client, signing, payment, and source credentials.
• —Do not publish personal or confidential data through a public interface unless authorized and lawful.
• —Maintain a human escalation path for disputed or high-impact agent actions.

Features, included usage, rates, and limits are defined by the selected plan or order form. Metered operations may consume prepaid balance or return HTTP 402 according to the configured policy. Taxes and third-party network or provider fees may apply.

We may suspend paid capabilities for overdue amounts or material abuse, subject to any notice commitments in an applicable order form.

Do not use Lumeo to violate law or third-party rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, conduct deceptive activity, probe systems without authorization, create unsafe tools, or interfere with service availability.

Automated access is permitted only through documented or explicitly enabled interfaces and within applicable scopes and limits.

You retain rights in your source content and business data. You grant Lumeo the limited rights necessary to host, transform, retrieve, and transmit that material to provide the service.

Lumeo retains rights in its software, documentation, branding, and general platform technology. Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a limited right to use the service during the applicable term.

The service may change as external protocols, security requirements, and infrastructure evolve. We may modify or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practicable or contractually required.

Preview, beta, or configuration-dependent capabilities may be incomplete and should not be used as the sole control for high-impact processes.

Lumeo is provided on an as-available basis except where an agreement states otherwise. We do not warrant that an agent will discover, select, interpret, or transact with a business, or that a generated representation is suitable without customer review.

Limitations of liability, exclusions, indemnities, applicable law, and dispute terms may be set out in the applicable order form. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

You may stop using the service or cancel according to your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or non-payment. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
